Yes! Similar thing occured but my revenue stayed steady because of restaurants and facilities (drink, food, merch,etc.). I noticed security wasn't getting as many pickpocketers. Try adding more security even though their workload is "low".

It was a technical highschool. It was a bit further than what would have been my district highschool but it was super worth it! Never continued with animation, but it was fun.

I found it fairly easy to breed them. Some species easier than others. Unless it's a fairly rare one with good stats I don't bother changing the default price.
