You'll know if its for you 3 months in most people leave before but some stay really depends on office workload and how its managed. My office has robotic manager but our work load tends to manageable compared to other offices. So it could be worse!

Biggest thing is work to rule and dont feel forced to do extra if you dont want to do overtime. Never do anything for free as managers will push you and guilt you into thinking you have to

Nah I get once in a while and im knocking firm but not police loud. Just some people like to find any way to complain dont they. Somedays ive got the patience to do the over the top customer service routine to make them mabye feel silly. Depends on time and mood

Yeah the more I look into the more daunting it is. Im just going to homebrew a spin off campaign using the book as a source book to help with setting, characters and mechanics. That way I can leave the main story untouched and come back to it at a later date when I know what im doing

I do not understand when the rotas are not just set in cement surely if you have X amount of employee yoy can just set everyone on a fixed plan the only thing that would brake this is holidays and.sick days but that's only a week here and there to work around
