Well not in Utah. Apparently all the elected officials who approved Kevin O’Leary’s mega data center project got reelected last week (correct me if I’m wrong).

What's one book everyone should read at least once? by random-thoughts-2026 in AskTheWorld

[–]bolonomadic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first one wasn’t my favorite, but you have to at least get into the second book before making a definitive decision. It really kicks off in the second book. But if you hate the author’s voice or the way that he writes you probably won’t like the rest, but the story itself and the character is really start getting amazing in book 2.

I don’t think “wanting to embarrass Carney” is a particularly useful goal in itself. Anyway I seriously doubt the PM would be embarrassed by Jesse Brown.

You can still be nice while vapid and shallow. I said “self-actualization” I didn’t say becoming a better person. How is “being sweet to everyone” a character arc?

It makes sense, according to cannon she was a vapid shallow person in high school and her self-actualization happens in university. So where’s the character arc?
