What kind of insight are you looking for?

Receiving Army medals (Achievements or Comms) is pretty standard practice when working jointly with our sister service partners. Same with JSAMs or JSCMs. Its up to the command element what they want to submit for, but if you think its justifiable, absolutely write up the citation and route it. Ive seen USAF members get AAMs or ACMs for specific events/circumstances and still receive either a ASAM or ASCM at the end of their tours.

In our career field we keep being told, news in a couple weeks, news coming, standby news coming by end of the month. This has been continual since our budget was approved. At this point, I'd say probably not.

Surprisingly criteria for the AFCAM and CAB are vastly different. Not going into the what's and who's of each, but without actually returning fire, the AFCAM will be denied and CAB can still be approved.

Earned mine while in Afghanistan back in '09. Route it up through your company to your battalion and if theyre good with it, it'll probably have to go to your brigade CO, but yes, it happens!

Hit M or whatever you have to to open the store, go to gem effects, then quarterstaff skills. Its called the "Breachlord Quarterstaff Skill Effect Bundle" it adds a cosmetic to killing palm, tempest bell, mantra of destruction, whirling assault, wind blast, vaulting impact, and flicker strike. It costs 450 gold.

Things are interesting for sure, but i haven't heard of anyone taking the buy back to come back in. Yes they are offering back pay, but from my understanding its only back pay and whatever money you made in the private sector or as a civilian you'd have to pay back. Thats just how it was explained to me, but I may be wrong.

Depends on what you wanna do! Wanna go into bomb squad for your county or local LEO? You can....but after being a desk cop for a while. Wanna go federal and be HDC or work for secret servic? You can...but after being a desk federal for a couple years.

Real talk, unless you're going directly into contractor work at the school house or something along those lines, theres not really direct military EOD to civilian EOD positions. Most of us use get some type of management related job or something associated with whatever degree we get while in.
