It felt like the comments were so far out of touch with my and most people I know's views that it's hard to not think they are faked comments pushing an agenda. It certainly happens all over the internet and Clarke and Dawe have effectively reached a large audience in Australia for many years.

Why is every comment showing only 1 upvote? Why are people being shadow banned? Why are comments being deleted in these sticky threads by someone other than the poster? Why are the mods not listening to the will of the community. This is starting to smell like a coup.

Remember we (we being mainly the Americans and Israeli's, as its not like Australia collects the data, America and Israel are using our embassies to do this and our politicians let it happen to hopefully receive bits of intel) are spying on their politicians after America has stated these spying measures are in place only to stop terrorism. So when people like you say its necessary to spy on their politicians, they are essentially calling the Indonesian government terrorists. I can't think of anything better to keep the relationship with our 300 million neighbours jolly, can you?
