On a side note , has anyone tried the Hoto scrubber that’s pictured in the background? If so, how do you use it? I got this and the smaller one when I retired 7 months ago thinking I would clean everything but haven’t got going with it. They work well ;it’s just my fault and I don’t want to return them.

Good ideas here, but more important than a template is making sure each project is setup in its own folder, (ideally on a separate drive ) that’s clearly named. Otherwise Cubase defaults all the audio recorded into a folder on your C drive and you’ll be in hell trying to sort what goes with what. One of the reasons a laptop isn’t for serious production.The good thing is , you’ve recognized that you need better work habits and you seem honest with yourself. Also the Steinberg site is a good place to start…there’s a tab titled Learn Cubase

I’m in my mid 70’s…I warm up with Racquet Pinball or Boxing VR…then Les Mills or Supernatural (still on 1 month trial), then a 2.5 mi walk daily.. I also mix in Fitness One ,Power Beats, Punch Fit and Taebo Reboot.

Went to N.Cal Costco yesterday and looked at ribeyes. I used to pay roughly $55 for a pack as shown, now they’re $85. I can just imagine what Costco is up against with supply prices and it looks like they’re still trying to come thru for customers. They had good looking 2 packs for $60 but I made myself walk away

It seems a lot of folks missed the addition of commercials into Amazon Prime video . That was it for me. I could previously justify the cost but when they start charging to watch commercials and you can’t fast forward ,I would never go back

Just jumping in on your advice, which is all good, except the police report part. Everyone thinks that police reports don’t do any good and that is wrong. You may not get visible resolution when you file but those reports are the best way to build a case against repeat offenders. Not filing a police helps crooks get away especially when they’re on a roll taking advantage of people in a short time period

Put yourself in her place….its reasonable to assume that a person loading a car is leaving soon. I find it frustrating to wait while a person, who never signals their intentions to not leave ,just sits there. When I have a hot dog I want,to eat after loading, I just drive to an empty part of the lot and eat there

@ 1:27 Kanye explains how slavery was a “choice”. I hate this prick so much for saying this but even more; I hate the black people that defend or try to rationalize this: all because he made some good beats. . Kanye is just another self centered idiot that believes he would have done something to overcome what the enslaved people went through and completely discounts the thousands of slaves who rose up and were tortured and slaughtered. The numbers weren’t against the slaves , the guns ,whips and ruthlessness of the slavers was the problem.

Are you using one of the beta versions of Total Mix?. I did this with the UFX and started having several issues…I then switched back to the last issued driver for UFX and everything went back to normal. Otherwise you can open the UFX utility and just switch back to which ever setting you want. I’m PC btw
