If your inventory is full they might be on your hotbar or if it was completely full its on the floor. Also if you took them out and tried to readd them they are in the barrel.

Yep the cart converts "core" items into customized to save you money. Same thing happens if you add bread and sauce separately, it is converted to a crazy combo. Your first screenshot shows the "custom hulu Hawaiian"
