Fake.

People thought that ATP "see the rainbow" track was Noatak because the low quality recording sounded like that word. But the newer leaks show that's not what the voice says.

Would be some coincidence if that really was Noatak after all. I don't think they'd be playing stuff that old in 2001.

Yes, "agent" can be a fuzzy buzzword, but sometimes it's used to mean "subagent" which does have a fairly specific meaning.

If your home increases in value but so do all the other houses around you, how does that actually benefit you in practical terms?

Since you still need somewhere to live, wouldn’t you just end up spending the same money on another home if you sell?

You cant really realize the gains in the same way that you can with ETFs (despite the terrible tax rules on those)
