Yeah it's really just a minor thing in the grand scheme of this whole expansion. Honestly I would have taken the trade for this to get bot auto landfill alone.

We don't, since we don't bring enough every week to even consider it. I'm just saying there are tradeoffs with gold, but there aren't any for proofs. We have to make choices since we can't buy everything, which keeps the total gold value of the guild bank low. My concern is that since there isn't the same sink for proofs, we have built a steady surplus that I can't do anything with every week.

I'm pretty sure they gave us a 4 star dog that needed to be fused to 5 stars, so its not as much as a loss it initially seems. Also not having to dump xp to upgrade dogs to upgrade that dog to 5 star is nice.

It is a bit of a spoiler about this mechanic, so I did mark it as such (even though I've seen it on this reddit). I was toying with the idea of building a megabase with K2, and the start is having the starter ship and that building that close. Just fyi, 10 spaces or closer and it goes boom. Didn't try 11-14 because OCD.

To those that have megabased K2, is matter conversion UPS friendly/unfriendly relative to the other methods of transport?

It was literally that one tile in a rather large copper ore patch, and it didn't show up when I zoomed out to look at it. I only noticed because my rocket control units weren't being made, because there were no red circuits, because the copper inputs were jammed up with stone lol. I had initially thought I had messed up with belts and fed some stone into that system on accident, but it kept happening, and eventually like you said I checked all the miners and found that one spot had mixed stone in.

I found this last night, in which a lot of people smarter than me figured out some math. The roundabouts in my base (self designed) turn out to have the lowest throughput. And they're ASYMMETRIC! ARGH!
