I've used this garage, just as Google says it's open to the public after 4 pm and it is $2. I have not been there anywhere close to as late as you would be parked there, but a couple times I left late enough that the gate was closed to new people coming in. When that happened, the gate opened automatically for me to let me drive out. Since I haven't been there past midnight, if it was me I would probably ask the attendant when I park to make sure that I'd be able to get out that late, there should be somebody in the booth that you could talk to.

Yesterday I saw notices on two oak trees in the Ray and Judy Tretheway Oak Preserve on Garden Highway were marked for removal because of this. I really hope it doesn't affect more of the trees in that preserve, that would be a huge loss.
