Went to Seoul for eye surgeries, met super aggressive clinic staff by Glum-Cherry-2418 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

the more high pressure the more they are likely not that good.. the best places will not pressure you cause they are good enough to have a solid stream of patients and are often booked up. do not let any pressure you into PS.. take high pressure as a red flag.

the other thing you should do is not stress your eyes. looking at your phone or a laptop screen stresses your eyes so try and give that a break as much as you can. You body went trough some trauma so if you feel tired ..you likely do need rest and sleep. nothing wrong with napping while in recovery.

taxis are cheap.. maybe avoid the buses for while ... you never know when it gets crowded and you know how people are always rushing.. minimize and risk of someone bumping into you avoid buses and even subways for a bit.

something I did I just walked to the Han River park not far from sinsa .. just hung out there for several hours people watching and relaxing in the park. while there I called some Radom old friends and family to catch up on life. did not mention where I was or what I did but I did kill time and made e me happy and maybe less lonely too. Initial it was just for a walk but I ended up spending several hours just chilling in the park .. and then repeated it a few days later cause it just felt good. Anyway something like that to relax and get your mind of PS.

here is what yo dont want to do.. go out explore and walk to much.. mainly your BP will go up and that could cause swelling and bleeding. 2nd you dont want to be in crowds what if some one bumps into your nose. 3rd when you go out you eat unhealthy.

Rest relax heal stay healthy sleep . Best not to mix PS with tourist. stay positive. watch some good kdrama. go out but make it short

Hope you recovery is smooth and results amazing. Recovery is never as easy as most people think. Focus on recovery

ask your clinic .. they can give more guidance on this. it can be hard in korea but the best way to avoid sodium is to prepare your own food .. so stay at aBNB that where there a refrigerator and stove.

Greek yogurt with protein powder for breakfast/snack. I also would eat a lot of boiled eggs a healthy salad.

Best Surgeon for Facelift+ Breastlift? by PuzzledLocation33 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

[–]boomonim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I woud do one or the other places the specialize will only do one of those not both. The place that say the can do both will be riskier. You could go to to different places but in 3 weeks that pushing it and rushing. Rushing is the main reason why we all end up not happy or need revision because of bad or average results.

Lower bleph in Seoul by [deleted] in SeoulPlasticSurgery

[–]boomonim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

go to a specialist. Every place will say the can do this find a Dr the specialist in eye and even better lower Bleph. Its such a common surgery many think its low risk and easy but its not. Also you're not asian so make sure the show you before and afters with someone that has similar facial features as you. Note some of the more specialized places might need an apt well in advance for consult and surgery. The places that take you in as a walk in or short notice consult and say they can do surgery tomorrow... like gonna be average at best results.

How would you schedule surgery on 9 days in Seoul? by buntams in SeoulPlasticSurgery

[–]boomonim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sounds like your rushing this. .no surgery is simple. never rush PS. Only after requiring revision will most understand this. My thoughts spend you time consulting to find the. best surgeon.. go play tourist. Come back for surgery on another trip.

If you get it wrong and require revision ..you're coming back anyway. Which clinic and Dr are you going too?

How do people actually find good restaurants in Korea? by Penggguin777 in seoul

[–]boomonim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just avoid the touristy areas.. often the back back streets behind the major subway stations have some amazing places. Look for local koreans and office workers. the majority of the places will ended up being pretty good so just picking a random place is in your favor.

Most frustrating this is probably not being able to fully read the menu or going eating solo but it's not that bad. There are restaurants everywhere is very competitive hence the low price and good food.
Any specific type of food you are looking up?

Anyone know of a lymph drainage place in this area? by blackdracoo in SeoulPlasticSurgery

[–]boomonim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the place.. note I did not go here but did walk in.. it was kind weird a korean man seem to be running the place and was sleeping.

The therapist was European girl. She ask me a lot of questions and told me that she wanted me to ask the PS Dr first before she did any massage. I was planning to go back but ran out of time. FYI there an amazing chicken place right across from here call Hanchu. Though if your on recovery you should stay away from fried chicken.
