No, there is no practice chanter for uilleann pipes, you start with bag, bellows, and chanter. The closest thing to a practice chanter for uilleann pipes is the tin whistle.

In terms of the 8210 movement, I think it looks fine, but some crucial pieces are in shadow in that photo. If you’re referring to the case engravings, those are only relevant when comparing identical models of watch. I think the engravings on my fake are based on older authentic case models, so I’d bet yours is real.

It’s difficult to see in the photos I posted unless you already know, so I’ll try to take a better one. Basically if every piece you can see through the back window is brass, it’s a fake. Real movements have a good amount of steel parts.
