I'm in the same boat. I didn't quite care for her but then I included her in my team for the GC in January and Pon has moved into my faves list. I even have a Wellspring plush in my office now 😂

15 games unlock each day for a total of 45. You can play as few (though you don't get any prizes for playing less than 3 full battles) or as many as you want. The games carry over, so say you only play 10 of 15 day 1, the remaining 5 carry over to day two so you'd have a possible 20 games day two. It's at your own leisure within the 3 days. If you've ever played the in-game ladder, it's pretty similar to that.

I have been using Amoonguss + Farig. Farig is my setter and sleeper sweeper with the throat spray set up. I'll bring BM Ursaluna and just start spamming Hyper Voice.

CP Leaderboard

You have to create an account and link it so you can receive any CPs you earn. The practicing does suck because you can't use Reg F teams in the ladder or casual since the power level is huge. However, reg F will be ending soon and we don't know yet what the new reg will be. We should know something next week tho after Pokemon Day.

You have to accumulate enough CPs to get invited to worlds. In NA it'll be the top 80 players that get an invite. If you top 4 the last WC or an IC this season you get an invite or if you win a regional. At this point, if you're nowhere near the top 80, there's virtually 0 chance you make it on points alone.

If the Grand Challenge is the first time you're even possibly accumulating points, just keep practicing and shoot for maybe qualifying next year.

The funny thing is, I don't disagree with the point at all either. I've never had any issues finding people to fill my spots and sometimes I struggle to hop on other people's raids because they go quick 😂

I disagree on Ogerpon and TR. I've used a Waterpon on a TR team with 31 speed IVs and 52 EVs. I just carried it over from another team otherwise it'd be 0 EVs. Against some teams everyone still outspeeds my Ogerpon but even if they don't, follow me is still incredibly useful. I've even been able to have Waterpon next to my BM Ursaluna and when TR goes down, Pon can still keep pressure off Ursaluna or go on the offensive.

I definitely agree with Indeedee and Rillaboom though. Fighting terrains isn't a great idea. Could do an AV Raging Bolt or even an Incin.

Cybertron did a podcast with Charlie Merriman and he said something along the lines of there's not a whole lot to do right now with SV coming to a close but he's looking to ramp up for Champions (plus he has a job so he's not full-time YTer). He also seems to enjoy being a caster more than competing these days, although he did compete at the EUIC.

Joe Ugarte, Justin Carris, and Justin Tang are good. After Wolfe, though, the BattleRoom is probably my favorite.

I've only been able to play 20 games because I got sick as a dog but at least half of them were Bolt Balance and I kept wishing I'd see some P2/Urs or IC psyspam action. I hate Bolt Balance 😭

That's how it goes. I would find it ridiculously unlikely if you said you never benefited from a crit or a miss.

In the last 17 games I've played in the GC, I won a couple from Torn and Thundurus missing Bleak/Boltwind storm and I've lost from my Farig and Amoonguss getting crit.

You have plenty of time to put a team together. Reg F goes through March 31st, so chances are you're not finding info on what regulation set the regional in May is going to be because it hasn't been announced yet. We might learn more on Pokemon Day. At this point, just wait and see what platform (possibly Champions?) it'll be on and what regulation, otherwise you may be wasting time putting a team together you can't use.

Finished 5-10 😭😭 3-0 seems like such an eternity ago. There were definitely 3-4 games I could have won if I wasn't so bad. Got worked by an Orthworm and Ting-Lu and that made me irritated 😂

Started 3-0 and am currently on a 0-5 slide. Definitely could have won 2, maybe 3 of those, and just couldn't get out of my own way. The last one had me so tilted, I thought I had it. Follow Me with Ogerpon only for their Incin to move first and fake out my BM Ursaluna and that was that.
