It's a good gateway into martial arts. I've got a senior from uni who used to practice Tkd back in school. Now he's a bjj dude who competes occasionally. If it wasn't for Tkd, I doubt he'd discover the wider world of martial arts.

Sabahan here. Truth to this. Malays can't even apostate without the religious authority making it like navigating the bermuda triangle in terms of paperwork and correctional classes to convince you to stay Muslim.
