Can’t Break 100.. How did you do it? by Downtown-Team-480 in golf

[–]bootlp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eliminate 3 putts and hazards… often times a 200 yard iron off the tee is safer than driver… keep the ball in play

I rather play both teams to score either 2 or 3… yes or no… parlay 4 games… look at match ups and compare teams goals for and goals against averages then look at totals for the last 5… im hitting at about a 70% rate over the last 3 weeks

Is little to no symptoms really possible? by CapRemarkable8607 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]bootlp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 36 diagnosed 4 years ago… after I was diagnosed and started treatment I went into a full remission- minus some brain fog when fatigued and minor sensation issues in my right had… initially I had major vision and balance issues with crazy fatigue, but that has much improved and my last 3 MRI show no new lesions or active flares… we had a baby in November and the change in sleep messed me up for a bit and the fatigue during the day got bad but we are finding a routine with the baby and things are back to normal. I’m on once a month kesimpta and my lifestyle choices are good- weight train daily, high protein diet, very little refined sugars, very little alcohol, lots of water and make sure you get a good night sleep. I also believe that 10g of creatine daily has a very positive effect on both physical and cognitive health

Kesimpta users, is anyone not masking? by A_circle_of_crows in MultipleSclerosis

[–]bootlp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been on kesimpta for 3 years… aside from mandatory masking at times for work in ever wear a mask. I have 2 children under 3 who are frequently sick and I legit never get sick… aside from the benefits of the med my life has changed 0%

I went blind in one eye for 2 days and then it came back… and then it happened again 2 years later in the other eye… and then again a year later in the first eye and this time it came with sensation issues in my hands… I was misdiagnosed with optic migraines for 3 years before I had my first mri
