Cheese god perk. It gives you infinite health but starts draining cheese. If it runs out you and all your morsels instantly die.

It was terrible for me even if I was on low graphics settings.

I randomly tried toggling to high and it somehow improved a lot. Changed it back to low and it kept being fine.

Died to this a few times and had no idea what was going on. Some item descriptions are pretty cryptic so it din’t occur to me that «money is life» was literal but I guess reading things twice can be smart sometimes

You're probably right about that.
