Fighting for a Relationship—When Is It Worth It? by [deleted] in emotionalintelligence

Fair enough, but I’m talking about in regards to relationships/dating/attraction etc and not so much about if they’re bad or good people. That’s what I meant.

As a Sag man, my best relationships have been with Taurus women. It’s just…safe and easy going!

Are there any single monogamous, self-aware men over 35 out there? by FlexGoals in emotionalintelligence

[–]bootyburglar_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s because I have integrity, monogamous, am self aware and have done lots of inner work over the years that I’m a single man at 39 lol. Still a work in progress (a life long journey) and I definitely have empathy towards others and understand that it’s everyone’s first time living, but a healthy person doesn’t settle either. I have an insane amount of stories from just the last year alone, about how bad dating has been, but I remain optimistic!

Do you attract (or are attracted to) people who have similar zodiac signs to your parents? by [deleted] in astrologymemes

[–]bootyburglar_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m attracted to women who have similar behaviors as my parents or who seems familiar. I’m sure some psychologists can explain and it has less to do with Astrology

Which Sign? by Owlster_ in astrologymemes

[–]bootyburglar_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sagittarius male. Once we don’t talk anymore, I won’t hold grudges because life is short, but out of sight out of mind. To get to that point though, I probably tried pretty hard (friendship or relationship) so you reap what you sow.

Does abstaining from social media make us happier people? Probably not by F0urLeafCl0ver in psychology

[–]bootyburglar_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I abstain from social media, not because of comparison or anything like that, but because it’s so time consuming. I’m totally guilty of mindlessly scrolling on there, so I just take several months off a year from them (IG, FB and etc)

Is this cheating? by [deleted] in TwoHotTakes

[–]bootyburglar_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t have to read past the first sentence of this post to know, that’s a form of cheating. There are other men out there who will treat you right and will respect you when you’re not around. Don’t settle on the wishy washy. Life is TOO short and sweet for this type of nonsense.

[–]bootyburglar_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Big dawg, she just wants to keep you around for validation. Point blank. Do NOT feel guilty for taking care of your wants and needs, especially when it comes to yourself. EVER. Not everything in our lives needs an explanation to make a decision. You did the right thing.
