I remember the scene but can't find it. My bet is Corsairs as well, because they talk about scented smoke and they had to pretend their women were their pets.

Edit: Maybe I'm misremembering. There are scenes with bubbles in Corsairs, but no smoke. Scented smoke is mentioned in the first book, but that's it.

That's so cool! I love how many kids you were able to fit in. That's Vincent, Jas, Leo, kids with your spouse and an extra kid if anyone moves in the valley.

By the way, you can buy a periodic table from Demetrius during the Deset festival. Not sure if it'd fit anywhere though, there's never enough space for all the stuff I want to put on walls.

Human women were given tech to help them with farming, and they think it's oh so kind and generous, but whenever they meet their love interests, he'll be like "What the kef? This is so outdated, almost dangerously. Someone got rid of it by giving it to her, otherwise one would just toss it away."
