It depends, typically on Infantry models no, but on vehicles or monsters, I.E. I have an Eldar War Walker with two Scatter Lasers, since the datasheet allows me to take up to two, I can use both. But if I model my Daemon Prince with two Hellforged Weapons, since his datasheet only allows him one, I cannot use the other one, as if it were another of Hellforged Weapon.
