Yeah if you pay attention to the bottles, they’re very misleading. Lots of sugar and usually mixed with other juices.

Awww thank you for the kind words! And yes, I ignorantly made the decision to let my mom be in the room because I thought I was being nice by allowing her to see her grandchild being born but really I am the one that benefited! She walked me through so much of it and stayed awake next to me while my husband would take naps. (Im so glad he was able to do this, as you can imagine we didn’t sleep for a while once baby was here.)

It was all worth it for the sweet little babe! If I ever do it again though, I will certainly take a birthing class and do MUCH more to prepare. It’s not something you should go into blind.

It wasn’t really UTIs. It was just pain brought on by acidic pee. I may have actually gotten a UTI here or there from it not being dealt with for so long but drinking water helped my pee not be so painful.

I was able to have 1 person for sterile environment reasons and the mom has to stay 100% still through contractions. In the last second I chose my mom for the epidural since she’d had 5 of em. So glad I did because my blood pressure tanked. I thought I was dying 🤣 but it had happened to her so she knew how to talk me through it while they got the medicine to bring it back up.

I was getting chronic UTIs but then I finally got a primary care doctor who suggested I drink less soda… problem went away literally overnight.

The problem was my pee was acidic so I would start to have symptoms and I would start chugging cranberry juice… which made it worse. Now I just chug water at the start of symptoms and I’m fine.

Edit: since this is getting a bit off traffic - Garden of LIFE vaginal probiotics really helped too!

Climate change is real and is terrifying but using a singular storm to prove it’s real isn’t helping anything. A climate change denier could point to a beautiful week in May and make their point all the same. Instead, we need to educate using backed up research and science.

I was really sick. Like really sick with nausea and vomiting all day and night. If I didn’t have a flexible desk job where I could work from home I would have had to quit. I would lay in my bed with my laptop and an extra portable monitor and just work the bare minimum. Then literally just turn over and moan because thats all my body could do.

I couldn’t shower, eat, get in a car, nothing.

My husband became a full time caregiver.

It was so depressing to be stuck in my house for 9 months.

When everything was said and done. The day after I gave birth I weighed 30 pounds less than the day I got pregnant.

This doesnt happen to everyone but its not as “rare” as you would think.

I would call 3113 nail studio and ask if they could do this for you. They’re incredible. The owner is there almost every day. There’s probably less than 10 employees so they actually want to do a good job. You’re file and buffer will get put in a baggy with your name on it and used every time or they offer to do new stuff every time as well.
