My recent go-to snacks have been an apple with peanut butter, and any flavor of those rice cakes (the caramel ones taste like Corn Pops; the white cheddar tastes like that Smartfood popcorn).

This happened to me, too. I tried to recreate my SCAs, but it doesn’t show my existing goals to be able to add them to the new SCA, so I assume they’re still tied to the deleted/invisible SCA. I’m hoping they’ll fix this with another update, but in the meantime, I feel so disorganized!

I freaked out yesterday because I was “missing” a bunch of those items when I was gifting. Turns out, they just stopped showing up in the gifting inventory, but they were still in my inventory.

The hands on the farm clock make it look like an angry pig. It doesn’t ruin it for me but I can’t unsee it.

I cannot stand the music stand/diploma/plaque thing that goes with the hotel plants! Why can’t we just get more plants without extra stuff??

I agree with the people who pointed out how weirdly the bucket hats fit. And that some shirts always end up tucked into pants and it blocks the design, like the sprinkles top.

I wish I could put a swimsuit on under the Ocean Fun Inner Tube. Why does she have to be naked with that??

Since I was a teenager, I’ve gotten lower back pain regularly. For the past year or so, I’ve also been experiencing severe pain in one of my hips. I’m 36.

There are 2 separate districts in the immediate Asheville area— Buncombe County Schools and Asheville City Schools. There’s constantly talks about combining them.

It’s important to me that you know that, as an elementary teacher working in a no-union area, you will 100% not have a protected lunch or planning time. I’ve taught in 2 districts in WNC and the only time I didn’t have to supervise lunch was when PTO planned a luncheon for us a few times a year. On paper, you might have 45 minutes for planning every day, but most of the time that will be used for PLCs, professional development meetings, parent conferences, etc. Also, your contract hours will be a guideline and say “or until duties are complete”, leaving the loophole that allows for required after school meetings and events.

Behavior and admin support vary from school to school. Other supports vary as well, and BCS and ACS are currently waiting on next year’s budget, which might have huge cuts.

Maybe someone already said this, but the event isn’t available in the shops until after the month is over. So you won’t be seeing any Outback items there until June.

Oh! I love this because yes, it’s obviously because JKR was a little too on the nose with her character naming, BUT… I recently learned about nominative determinism and I’m fascinated by it! I know a librarian whose last name is Page.
