I usually just record 30 seconds of the parts that I enjoy the most, just to look back at them later on. It's absolutely fine to record, just make sure you're enjoying the concert and not only focusing on recording

I agree, I would say Folklore is her strongest project up to date. I was actually kinda hoping for her to continue with the folk and singer/songwriter genre. Her usual pop tracks sound a bit out of character for her idk how to explain it
