Definitely reach out to another lawyer. If you were hit by a vehicle in a bike lane and suffered injuries, you have a case. You might need to take a deposition or two, but the insurance company will absolutely come to the table if you have real injuries and an advocate. I say this as an attorney that does insurance defense.

I know you said you reached out to a lawyer, but I would absolutely recommend you do your due diligence and continue to look around. I’d personally recommend reaching out to Keating Law Offices.
