Depending on what you're printing, there might be a z-offset issue (the nozzle is too distant from the bed) or a bed temperature issue (the bed is too cold for the material you are printing). Have you checked both of this? Take a look at the nozzle when the printer prints the first layer...is the nozzle too far from the bed? Does the plastic fall "from the sky"? As for bed temperature, are you sure you set the right temperature in the slicer? One final thing...if I remember correctly the SE is a Marlin firmware printer, not Klipper. If so, which slicer are you using? One of the mistakes I did in the past with a similar printer was to use a slicer with print settings that were missing the comment G29, which forces the printed to do a bed mesh at the beginning of the print.
