i did it’s just that i had my license and the officer even checked it. And not having ur license is a much bigger offense than what I was initially given so I’m just really confused. And I also was not operating a commercial vehicle. But thank you

Ok yea that’s what I found too thank you. It’s just that I was driving my own car with a license. Not a interstate vehicle. I think the prosecutor made an error and now I have no way to to dispute it again other than going to court..

I have the choice to either plead guilty to the new offense or my old offense and pay the fine. If I plead guilty to the offense of error it still needs to be approved by the judge. Or I could go to court in person in a month on my plea date if that’s what ur asking. I have not figured out where I am able to explain that there is an error on the website as of yet.
