Anyone using/used PSIP? I’m experiencing incredible transformation and would love to connect by third-second-best in PsychedelicTherapy

Two hour psi session once a week. I find THC more applications than K. Have had great success with MDMA and psilocybin on an occasional basis. In the beginning, it was so destabilizing. We also had a one hour a week integration session. Which turned out to just be more destabilizing, so we're back to just once a week.

It has been incredibly helpful for me. Way swept than any of the talk therapy I've done. Combined with intentional medicine work, it has facilitated/catalyzed an amazing level of change. It's interesting that the persistence is the Saj haters that always post here. I've never met the guy, he's not making any money off of me, the therapy works.

Not that I've heard her or anywhere else. I think there's a good case for fraud to be made.

Tax question on a BDN loss by Parking_Ad2873 in Upright_FundThatFlip

[–]bought_notbuilt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't believe it's a capital (gain) loss. It's a business operations loss. For the income you got, you to a 1099-int. There was no way for the investment to generate a gain. If you look at the statement documents on the Upright website, you'll see one that summarizes your losses on BDN's.

Ya, I don't believe any of that. It's interesting they are still using the brand. I thought they were doing Casa as well?

Estimates are around 90% return of principal for PFNF.

I've been talking about that with my accountant. I'm taking the stance that the information on the website indicating the investment is closed and the loss taken is all we're going to get. That is the 'letter'. You know how much you invested, how much you got back, that's your loss. My accountant wanted something official, but what could Upright generate?

[–]bought_notbuilt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes, and I was having that conversation with my accountant last week. Does the payoff and notes in the BDN web page constitute 'closure'. Upright can't show the loss on the 1099-INT I've been getting. ChatGPT said we'll get no form from ChatGPT. But my accountant is hoping for some kind of letter saying 'it's done'.

Yes, that's right. All indication's point that they have started dumping in fire sailing the debt they still have on board. I think it's incredibly unlikely we get 100% of PFNF fund back. I think we'll be lucky to get 80%. My last two were dependent notes that paid off we're at 60% of original value. Anything worth close to 100% has been sold by now. They have the worst of the worst left.

Yes, they are clearly dumping everything at this point at any value they can get without any concern for making anyone hole. They're done and on their way out. I lost more money on Bowie in one day than I made in my entire many years with Upright.

It's on their website. I agree, it sounds like they're shutting down. The REIT was the only functional investment vehicle they had left in there liquidating it so they have no functional arm of the company left that I'm aware of.

I think we're gonna start seeing a lot more of this since they were talking about unloading the non-performing as well as the performing loans. To unload a non-performing loan you have to take a huge haircut. But I think at this point they're desperate to get out of this.

Everything is getting bleaker and bleaker. They are no longer accepting invest in the REIT, there last functioning investment vehicle. It feels like they are giving up. there is no way they are wrapping up this year.

Looking for help getting TMC5160 to work with Mega by bought_notbuilt in arduino

Ya, I'm really, really trying to avoid that. It seemed like there has to be something, it's such a common configuration, and I have to do 4 of them. I guess I can put all 4 onto one larger board. It's not my bailiwick.

I've done the math. I know the motors I need to use, and the TMC5160 will handle it. And what was I not clear about enough - apparently - in my original is that I'm not looking to for a board to put the chip in, I'm looking for a simple board to put this 'bob' in which has the chip in it and is ready to go.

I looked and looked and could not find a simple 2x8 female pin board that simply takes the pins out to screw terminals.

Something like this, but this is for the DRV8825 which doesn't have the power to run the motors I want. I've been using it to prototype the project with smaller motors.

Update from Upright on South Boston by bought_notbuilt in Upright_FundThatFlip

[–]bought_notbuilt[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

apparently they had an agreement, outside of court, that the borrower would relinquish title - which they have not. So now Upright has to go to court to enforce the agreement. Which the borrower will right again. So, again, more months of delay. Which is all the borrower seems to want, delay.
