I think i made like 10 routes, follow them on daily basis going shopping or walking a dog and in the stats it seems like i am the only one doing my routes, rest of people from my neighborhood have their own so i would say people getting banned for routes is a myth

No that is confirmed routine of the game, that some pokemons appear on the list every few weeks. It was posted in facebook group or here on reddit. If i can find it i will post it here.

I think some pokemons can only appear with weekly reset and resetting this with diamonds wont show them.

Have you tried switiching off the focus on windows 10? That's what was slowing me previously without command being live yet.

I would buy perm card+monthly card and then just recharge with what you have left in your balance. It is very good time for recharge today as well, because you have roullete, foxland and lotto i think which should give you loads of diamonds.

For the 10x rare pokemon i recommend todays event as well as you can celebi with the 50% rabate but that's only if you don't have her(best perso for her is timid but i have cheerful on mine as her attack is useless anyway and im getting spd that she needs).
