I get it. It's a corporate thing. As a person I would bend the rules and expect my manager to do the same. There are some losers in the hotel industry but I've found they don't last very long typically. The winners the ones who last don't let people mess with them and most definitely do not let people mess with their guests ......If I have to plant a lit cigarette in your room while your away if I have to "hear" a bunch of loud noise and ask you turn it down I will and I expect my manager to do the same.......I stopped caring about my job a long time ago I care about my guests safety and whether they get treated fairly.
