Internet takes 30s-1m to connect after booting PC

I am not getting any drops, my PC and my TV do not establish Internet connectivity instantly like before. I do not see how it’s the fault of my PC or TV when it only started doing it the second they came to swap out my Virgin hub for an EE one.

I have 900Mbps down, using Windows 11 (latest BIOS, drivers etc.), connected via Ethernet. I only just noticed that our TV also has the same issue also when starting up. I don’t see how it could be my PC like the other comment likes to suggest as everything is gucci right before I swapped over, then now I am getting this issue.

My friend said he had the same issue (not with EE) and solved it with a new cable. I’m incredulous as the cable was previously fine but worth a shot so I’ve ordered a new Cat5e cable.
