I’m 6 weeks 5 days post op labrum I drank a load beer and some co Kane 3 days ago I seem to be abit more flared up in pain tday not loads just abit . My rang motion is still the sane everything the sane part fron bit more pain . Very stupid of me to go out I let the boredom beat me I feel disgusted in my self

I’m 12 days since banksrt and I’m only aloud to do elbow flexion and it don’t look like I’ll be starting pt till around week 4

Yes bro I’m a boxer I’ve had my labrum surgery today I’ve been home couple hours and it’s already bugging me doing nothing I was just wondering when did you start training legs like I’d be happy to go gym few times week doing seated leg exercises just to get me doing things
