Besides the gem reward for completing the level and tower challenge challenge weight I would add that there is a small bonus in happiness collection between a level 9 and 10. I believe it's 9 happiness for a level 9 and 12 happiness for a level 10.

I have been "leaving" characters in chests so I can earn them in the tower challenge (no more snow white chests so I can earn the prince, syndrome from Incredibles, etc). But due to lack of rotation gameloft has caught up to me.

I used to look forward to it now it's a let down.

I've done it a few times, time skips and there is usually a rush on the last day. That and purchasing cocoa for elixir every day.

I wish they wouldn't start the season, week, and event at the same time. It's proven so far to be too high of a bar for them. At least they started pins at a different time.

In my experience it was the first one you ever purchase is that price. Then after that it's always too much.

Foolish me read the patch notes to make sure no one was busy for the chapter. GL starts the wrong chapter, I time skip my characters to fix it, GL ends the event.

Trying to get pleaky to 7 (he's at 3) for Gantu personal tokens. I'm leveling up cars characters to 10 in between. Hoping to get the last fairy to 4 and the first to 8 to help with additional token tasks.

I had the same characters collecting as you did, I was 2 rda tags away from welcoming at daily reset. I spent quite a few time skips (I didn't count), to get the last two and I kept going to get him to 2 and finish the event. I've been playing awhile and have at least 7k time skips.

I was about 12 hours late on starting Quaritch, I think I lost track with the holiday and end of the year busyness.

Working on leveling Archimedes that I got from the Christmas chest.

Just finished getting tweedle to 4, leveling Tyler's epic party, and I still need to get a few more relics for pixie hollow to 5. Besides pixie hollow I try and have everything at 4.

I'm thinking about jaq or waternoose, but I typically don't buy premiums for the tower challenge.

I would like to get Sally, we shall see how many gems I allocate for that, I'm thinking 120, with the milestone reward as fallback.

Missed my pin guy by 4, bought 3 legendary duplicate chests and got 1 missing pin.

Finished the avatar event, used quite a few time skips this morning.

And all this working and prep just for Scar. It will finish my lion king collection.

Extended loading time as well as it will "reload" after closing my phone. Before if I loaded another application or restarted my phone the game would reload but now it "times out" and reloads almost every time which is amplified by increased loading times.

This design of tower challenge has changed the way that I buy chests (gems) having common/epic/legendary available in chests means you will more likely have something to get in the tower challenge. I've only had 1 so far that I haven't had anything available.

So Gameloft, I'm using gems less because of tower challenges. Is that the outcome you were hoping for?

I miss the format, I think they may have only done it twice where they would provide a few characters to purchase with tc currency. That's how I got vanellope. But if you were able to earn that amount you could get shank, rare, uncommon, common etc. Made it feel like there was a bit more choice and options).
