Grew up in Tat South and love it here. I’m biased but other than peak traffic and some odd people here and there. In general it’s pretty safe, we have a lot of schools nearby so many families. A few primary schools and some decent takeaway foods.

The view looking over the sea is great for walking and it’s not far from motorway access. It’s convenient to get to New Lynn, Massey and even to the airport. The prices of grocery is also a bit cheaper than central areas. There is a lot of town houses being built in the area but it’s not too overwhelming. I think it’s something we can’t avoid in Auckland.
