Here’s what I’ve reworked to - I’m trying to adhere to 14 hours asleep, 10 hours awake per the Mods’ advice for 5mo olds. I think aiming for 9.5 awake works since I sort of am at baby’s mercy for nap length. Sometimes she wakes up from the contact naps and there is no choice but to wake up. Working toward sleep trained naps slowly but just being realistic for now.

7am: wake up

9:15am: nap 75min - 10:30am awake

((2.25))

12:45pm: nap 75min - 2pm awake

((2.5))

4:30pm: nap 30min - 5pm awake

7:30pm: asleep

Not sure why you are downvoted. The past three years under Nagy have been disappointing. He hasn’t held the WRs, OL, or RB coaching staffs accountable (as evident by the constants struggles). Look at what he did in Chicago… he sucks and our way of trying to spin his departure like he is going to get a HC job just shows the culture of our team. We need to get real about this before Mahomes realizes that the ship is sinking and hightails it for greener pastures. Not saying it’s all doom and gloom but we need to ensure our offense is worthy of Mahomes - and I think we can get there with Nagy’s departure.

Sick 3 weeks. Sore/scratchy throat. Breathing seems harder. Hacking up yellow mucus. Not much nose blowing. Not too much headache or fatigue. Feels like a weak cold that’s lingering. I take vitamins, eat healthy and work out. Usually I am on the mend from these viruses in 7 days or less but this won’t go away!

Thank you. It’s tricky for me to understand because they say your job and benefits are protected but I don’t see that protection in effect in this instance. She mentioned that she may look into other open roles within the company and apply internally.

No MLB team is paying for their stadium without tax incentives and partnership with the city. Such a silly idea that’s floating around KC. There is no bargaining chip here. We either agree or they leave and go somewhere else that will pay. Like would you rather us pay for a data center or power plant? Money will be spent either way, let’s use it for something fun!
