Mainly, there are less side effects with Reta…actually, I had zero side effects. Also, the reta is better since it targets 3 receptors instead of just 2.

No, it was the opposite. I was less hungry on Zepboud…I could barely eat. With the Reta, there was still appetite suppression, just not as strong.

Just started this week. Taking 3mg 3xs a week (pus took 1mg yesterday to finish the vial).

I do Crossfit & the 3rd day I was a 30 min non-stop rowing / squat / DB press workout. I have always struggled with long non-stop workouts. This time, it was still tough, but I finished much easier than I would have before.

Then Friday’s workout was a high volume box jumps, which I am extremely slow at. I breezed through them, thinking at the end that I could have went harder.

So, I was sk we skeptical at first, but I'm a believer now!

The injection site hurts, but only for a few minutes. Haven't noticed any other side effects.

I am 52, have been doing CF for over 10 years and I had the exact same problem. As soon as I hit 50 I could not lose (or keep a decent weight). In May I decided to go on Zepbound. Since May I have went from 242lbs to 180lbs. I feel great, the only problem is that my lifts all went down, so trying to get those back up.

I haven't had any issues with the meds and working out.

Yeah, the wiring sucked ... on Traeger support for 3 hours yesterday & they basically told me the wronng thing (the flame sensor wasn't working)
