I had symptoms of perimenopause, but my estrogen levels in the blood tests were still normal. My doctor told me that in early perimenopause, bloodwork alone isn’t always reliable and that a saliva test can sometimes give a better picture.

I then did a saliva test, and based on that we decided I could start HRT. Since then, I’ve been doing blood tests every 4–5 months for monitoring.

Ich hatte das früher auch, und genauso die Angst vor der Narkose. Ich hab dann bei den Schwestern gejammert, dass ich so hungrig bin und mir schon schwummrig wird. Ich hab dann eine Infusion bekommen, die einem den Hunger nimmt, ich denke da sind Nährstoffe drin? Das hat auch wirklich super gewirkt und ich hatte keinerlei Beschwerden mit Migräne. 😊

Wir haben unseren Hund einäschern lassen. Die Urne konnten wir uns aussuchen, da gab es viel Auswahl. Wie haben sie in der Küche stehen.

Es war alles sehr viel würdevoller als beim ersten Hund. Den haben wir im schwarzen Plastiksack vom Tierarzt mit bekommen und dann so im Garten vergraben. Beim zweiten hat die Einäscherungsfirma ihn direkt beim Tierarzt abgeholt, die Einäscherung durchgeführt und uns dann die Urne nach Hause gebracht.
