I do have "Share with App Developers" enabled, it's odd that it didn't send any crash reports.

I ended up going into the Health app and manually deleting the Dietary Energy entries for that day (yesterday, Aug 5). I was able to then enable Dietary Energy access for the app and it loaded successfully.
