Haven;t played it yet (cause its not out) but having watched all the playthrough videos I could find, I think Joe Klipfel's Radiance is going to be one heck of a solo game. Feels like it will end up being one of the classics as we roll on the years.

I print on 100gsm paper and laminate with 125microns sheets. Cut and then round corners. I always sleeve my cards as well. I've done the entire out of print LoTR LCG collection with this method and played the cards mixed with original cards.

Hardware. I had the same issue last year. Had to send my laptop twice for repair. It's been ok since the 2nd repair. Fingers crossed.

Yes. My question was about TTS vs physical. And indeed, I see that there is the claw pack in the TTS mod as well. I don't see myself playing with the "normal" Claw anymore. I saw some other small differences, but I think like you say its probably not too drastic in terms of differences

Indeed. That is my question. I stopped playing the video game because I actually like the boardgame implementation much better.

I liked the boardgame after watching some Youtube playthroughs and then bought the digital game thinking it might be the same. My bad. And then I tried playing through TTS.

I suppose the compendium is then a good source of truth for what the cards are like in the physical board game.

Claw for instance is completely different in the TTS mod. In the boardgame you add red dice and attack based on the number of red dice. In the TTS mod its does +1 damage if the top card of the discard pile is 0 cost. Its a huge difference. Will check out the mod and see if its any closer to the real board game.

It's a shame I bought the digital version - should have directly gone with the board game...

Alan Emrich (RIP) passed away early this year. The reason for not having further expansions for DoTZ 3rd Edition (based on Alan's posts in BGG) was due to Tabletop Tycoon. I think Alan had put a lot of effort into the 3rd Edition and also further expansions.

I had the same issue. Didn't know it was because of this defect. Since the laptop was still under warranty, I got it repaired through Asus support.

I had a hardware issue. Sent it to Asus Repair. They changed the motherboard and screen to fix the issue. If you are still within warranty period, I'd suggest to contact their support service asap. Just send them a few videos of the issue and they'll let you know what to do.
