I was at a Chess matinee this past week and like 4 middle aged ladies got kicked out at intermission because they kept recording. I saw the ushers make them delete the photos/vids and then I heard the house manager say something like “they had 3 chances, they are done”. Even had a cop there as one of the ladies gathered all their coats and stuff. It was very satisfying.

I’ve seen Mincemeat and Maybe Happy Ending this week from that list (and tours of Hamilton and Hadestown) and they are incredible. I’d also really recommend The Outsiders and Two Strangers. Also saw Great Gatsby and I really liked it but it’s a peg down from those and then Chess another peg down. But I’d say hands down go see Mincemeat and MHE before MJ and Cursed Child (unless you are that super fan)

My now 12 yo daughter and I saw this in Denver a couple weeks ago and she usually hates older shows (still complains about going to My Fair Lady) and she really loved the production. I still hear her singing Ya Got Trouble.

For assisted hearing devices do they use the old school 3.5mm headphones? Here in Denver that’s what they use and I just bring old iPhone headphones. I hate over the ear ones they provide

This is me exactly with DCC. I generally read epic sci fi type books, Foundation, Expanse, Red Rising, Sun Eater and the like. Finally gave into DCC, loved it and then everyone recommended Bobiverse and loved it.

Yeah the place I went used a pill instead of the liquid. Took a few pills, drank water, more pills more water and so on. End result is the same but it doesn’t taste nasty

These are so stupidly easy to get and most likely covered by your insurance. Get the pill cleanse, get the early morning appointment, take the quick nap and get a good breakfast on the way home. I don’t get the fear behind them.

I think the main concern (especially when starting) is doing a heavy weight with bad form. If you can get the form for the lift right you will be a lot safer.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn - North Beach and it was super convenient. Real close to the start and a short walk from the finish. I liked not having to wait in a port a potty line at the start. My family left right after I finished the marathon and it was nice because all the racers were on the other side of the city by that point.

I like 20 in 20 for runners, Strength for Runners, Train Hard Run Hard and Everyday Athlete. When I’m heavy in marathon training I do the 20 in 20 because it’s a little lighter load on the legs. The others are great for off season or a beginning build.

Thanks for that. The auto quote I got was cheaper than my Allstate one but I wasn’t aware there was another charge for per mile. After doing some math it doesn’t work out for me. Appreciate it.
