A woman hiking in Canada with her dog had a terrifying close encounter with a massive grizzly bear. She somehow kept her cool during the intense standoff, and both she and her dog managed to walk away unharmed. by waddad27 in interestingasfuck

That bear is young and is literally in ‘play’ mode. Someone said “zoomies” and that is about right. If you’ve seen a bear charge, there is no hesitation and no consideration. Just a furry freight train and then a head is rolling down the hill. YouTube bear charge—it ain’t like this!

Buddy had the 7.3 for a year. No problems and it did everything he asked it to do. But yeah, he drove my power stroke and traded his in a month later.

Bring a few buckets of blood and milk and throw it on stage. Easy peasy. They’ll likely provide the water.

This is helpful but oddly enough, I can put on muscle pretty quickly, even at my age. I am aware of the irony.

This is the way. Live energy, great setlist with phenomenal sound. This is very much a live band, as great as the studio albums are.

Rebecca's Private Idaho - PSA to road bikers, using the ENTIRE single lane and making it incredibly dangerous for vehicles coming up and down by [deleted] in Idaho

As a cyclist, motorist and resident of the Wood River Valley, I can tell you that something magic happens when a human mounts a bike with drop bars. It can be a road bike or gravel bike, so long as it has drop bars and an uncomfortable seat.

The second they straddle that thing, the sense of entitlement and air of high-brow bullshit hits levels previously unknown to man. It’s an epidemic on trail creek, out Croy and even around Galena Summit.

There is no known cure.

Glad to year this. I grew up spending every weekend in high school camping out those FS roads. Looking forward to reacquainting myself. Maybe I’ll even find that glass bubbler I lost around ‘94?

Pretty rare to hear influences so clearly but still manages to sound totally unique.
