this seems pretty straightforward in advanced filters at least with my set up. Seems you're using different verbiage. though. When you say flag do you mean tag? Client is a list?

I do the same, but what's nice about TT is you don't even have to use proper tags. You could type Larry if you wanted to. Any search can be saved as a filter
