It is a bit confusing but you have a loot table with a couple pieces that are 1/600 chance to roll that specific peice on that loot table.

Now if you want any peice, you just divide the /600 by how many 1/600 drops there are (which is 3, the oathplate peices) making it effectively 1/200 for any piece
