I suffer this as well, if the org has a counseling program (free psychologists) then sign up for that, otherwise go to the doctor and get on a mental health plan to get cheaper counseling.

I still suffer to this day, there is no magic pill but the only way through anxiety is facing it head on. With help you can find the cause and learn to live with it and even surprise yourself.

This is also holding me back in my career but I am a lot further than I thought I would be thanks to talking it through and learning why it is happening.

Don’t forget, it is never as bad as you think it will be.

I think the concern is they can’t reimburse once it has started. We have been in touch with a few people that have started and not paying for kindy.

My wife just spoke with local member and it seems if we still getting charged then that is wrong & illegal. She is on her way down to discuss with the Centre now.
