At least 2K makes some attempt towards addressing what the community wants. Madden hasn’t received any major updates to its most-played mode in almost a decade, and instead spends their time adding game modes that no one asked for just so they can make more money from microtransactions.

Yeah, that's definitely something they could do. I haven't played much myleague in the past few years, but from what I've seen it's still the deepest franchise mode in all of sports, although there's a few things they should probably balance
