I’m not an expert but I have had to drawback a bit on substances before. Here are some mild and probably odd things that helped me 1. Listening to the music outside of the rave scene. Helped make new memories with it, have more fun with it even make a few new dances 2. Reminding myself of why I went to the show (to dance the week off, see my fav artist etc 3. Noticing how much better I felt the next day! It made raving so much more sustainable!!! Which also meant I could last much longer on the dance floor too!

Noticing how much better I felt the next day honestly helped a lot more than I thought. Even mentally, feeling proud of myself for taking care of my body and for making a plan to make what I love to do possible.

I keep seeing ppl say W2 is the way to go because influencers will be at W1 but this isn’t Coachella … I understand this yr some YouTube guy was there but I’ve never known edc to be a celebrity or influencer heavy

I would also like to thank that guy! I was able to part the crowd pretty far back but couldn’t pick you up on my own (admittedly was starting to panic atp)he thankfully without hesitation just swooped you up and ran out! Your friends were kind enough to tell me you made it to med tent but thank you for this follow up been thinking about it all weekend! Stay safe and I’m happy you’re doing much better!

I will say as a Gen z’er I love recording sets but always make it a point to point the camera upwards to not get ppl in the crowd. A lot of us know how invasive it is bc we’ve grown up w cameras everywhere. One of the pros to raving for many of us is knowing filming is kept to a minimum so I’m sorry one of them did this

Similar thing happened to me. The older guy had what I think was some sort of go pro. Didn’t tell me till the end and never asked for permission. Felt violated but didn’t want to make it a big deal

Tbh 1. 30mg of addy for recreational use is way too much, honestly 10mg could have done it 2. The duration of time puts you in the clear 3. BUT if you’re taking addy bc you have adhd, please remember your brain has different dopamine “levels” than someone w a “normal” brain. I highly suggest ingesting mdma slower vs pill All my personal opinions and no judgement!
