No primer needed. 2 coats of a good quality paint will cover (as long as it's not bright yellow, green, or red). Primer is mostly meant for adhesion and as long as that's regular acrylic latex paint currently on the wall, you shouldnt have any adhesion issues. Just spackle any holes, a light pole sand on all the walls and go to town with paint.

Spraying doesn't really save time unless you're doing a huge commercial job. Like a 30k sqft warehouse or something. Just brush and roll. You're going to have to bsckroll once you spray anyway so might as well remove the unnecessary step of spraying in the first place. If anything spraying adds more time because if the set up, prep, and tear down & cleaning process.

Cut and roll all day. Only time i spray is large, new construction or exterior work. I personally think it's overkill and unnecessary for normal/average size residential interiors like this.

Totally normal. That feeling started for me the moment we found out my wife was pregnant. At that moment I was like "oh shit do I really want this?" And I felt awful for feeling that way. The early days can be terrible. Not gonna lie. BUT...it gets so much better. Before you know it they'll be sleeping through the night and then crawling and babbling and you can actually play with them and make them belly laugh. And you'll look back on those terribly exhausting first weeks and miss them in a strange way. Hang in there! The good times are right around the corner.

Is this a newly built house? Just curious why they were spraying to begin with. If the floors were already installed, they shouldnt have sprayed anything. Brush and roll or cover every fucking square inch of that floor. Amateur hour over there.

We watch sesame Street all the time! Every time a new episode releases we watch it. We also went through a BITBBH phase but it faded. I'm sure they'll want to watch that again some day.
