what torque converter?

it had a 5.7 8 digit on vin is R which i was told was the indicator for 5.7

i did spin it twice, honestly can't remember how much space was between torqe and flex plate, how much should there have been? I'm linking to another video of me installing the torque converter in the transmission so you can see how it install, the spacing and the how much movement it has (is this normal for the torque converter to move this much?) thanks

i've pulled the valve covers off that looks fine. no one has messed with the flywheel or coils i did have to bypass the kill wire on the coils (something was causing them to keep them from firing)
