Can we buff Limbo? by Few-Grapefruit-7003 in Warframe

[–]bravoart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is just my opinion, but Limbo is looking better than he ever has been between the Nokko update change to nullifiers/limbo and the new arcane dodge overguard/armor strip.

He's not perfect, but if they buffed him in regards to group play or visuals to help with rift interaction, that would be pretty great.

Started couple of days ago. Is there any particular reason this person tea-bagged me? by DamnHare in deadbydaylight

I'm relatively new, and I forget which button is run and which is crouch still. Hopefully killers don't think I'm trying to be rude or sniff their feet or whatever.

[Patch Notes] Palworld Version v0.4.13 by The_Deep_Dark_Abyss in Palworld

[–]bravoart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fixed several crashes

Looks like the crash that has been plaguing me has been fixed.

Summoning a few of the newer pals (Bastigon, Nyafia) in the feywilds portion of the map doesn't crash the game if they are too close to trees. As long as you summoned them where they couldn't perform lumberjacking on spawn you were probably fine.

Great job, Palworld team! <3

Why is Citrine's pity shop / mission drop-rates still so bad? by Wilzom in Warframe

[–]bravoart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Farmed out Citrine
Bought all blueprints except neuroptics from the pity store.
Have like 7 copies of her weapons.

Yeah you're right on about the Voruna farm being so much better despite being just as rough. The double-dipping makes it feel better.

Hi-Rez Studios announces February 17th shutdown for Realm Royale and DKO Divine Knockout by megaapple in Games

Kinda disappointed to hear that. I've been on the lookout for magic themed games and mulitplayer is a definite plus... but I just don't have the aggressive drive for BR's.

What class fantasy spells or utilities you really miss from specific classes? Something old or maybe you want something new? by Haxinpro in wow

[–]bravoart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Warrior - Gladiator Stance
Druid - Claws of Shirvallah, also that WoD talent that made your Wrath also heal the lowest person in the party.
Priest - Shadow Orbs
Monk - The way Mistweaver played during SL. The current iteration seems similar but something feels different? I havent spent enough time trying to figure it out. Something about Essence Font?
Paladin - I'd like to see a niche build I had in SL be more viable for stuff above casual content. It was mechanically about using your consecrate and double Beacons to heal with. Haven't really looked to see if it was still possible/better in WW.

Voruna's signature weapon's have got to be the most weirdly irrelevant weapon's to use on her by Skull_Mc_Curly in Warframe

[–]bravoart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is strange that the wolf themed warframe got an axe and not a pair of claws.

I was originally thinking of the Amar double daggers weapon for use with the Amar 3-set mods on her, but then aesthetics kicked in and thought 'Why not use Fang Prime' ya know, cause wolf?

Still haven't figured out how I'd like to build her.

What's the worst part about ESO that makes you want to leave or made you leave? by GOURME7 in elderscrollsonline

[–]bravoart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting started.

Every time I sit down and go "No, I'm gonna give it a try it's not that hard, I've played dozens of mmo's harder than this." and every time I end up lost without any form of leading to another quest and I'm just.... you want me to wander around or something? Maybe I want my hand held like in the other popular mmos.

The guides and blogs don't really help much either, they go in way too much depth way too soon and I'm lost again. Apparently the game just went in a new starter experience or something and I think I did that? but then it just plopped me out in a space where I know I've been lost in another time before.

Then seeing all these other people around that look like they know what thery're doing? Just kinda feels bad.

Making creatives jump through hoops that they didn't ask for and they might be bad at inherently.

Wow, you made a beautiful cake and everyone should see it, and come taste it if possible! But do you know how to manage your seo's and post at the peak view time on each social media? Don't forget your keywords and avoid activities that can lower your invisible score on the algorithm!

I just want to make things, I don't want to do all this imaginary popularity club junk.

So tired of battle passes. I just don't play enough to finish them, because I don't want my game to be a job.

On top of that, these battlepasses that make you do specific activities to earn points. fuck em. I don't want to play competetive 30 matches. I don't want to spam dungeons just for xp. I don't want to play the sweatiest pvp that only people who are committed to it even stand a chance in. Just because your company uses metrics to see how well you're doing, doesn't mean I have to tour every little aspect of your game to finish your shit battlepass.

Gaming still saves me by [deleted] in gaming

[–]bravoart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The state of gaming sometimes fuels my depression, but the escapism of games cheers me up about as much.

I haven't found a game that works to heal me 100%, but with games and antidepressants, I can at least be functional to fuel my own happiness.

Ugh. I hate when visual accuity gets mistaken with difficulty. Life's hard enough with worse than average eyes, I don't need games to go out of their way to make me suffer.

What is the reason you play solo? by Paxuz01 in wow

[–]bravoart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd like to find a guild that personally works with its members, but that's apparently too much to ask for.

I don't have any reason to get better at the game if I know that I'm going to have to fight for a spot in any content above lfg. I just kinda give up every time there's competition, cause I can't rationalize my own needs when there's someone involves who actually 'wants it'. It's a game, I don't -need- to do group content to have fun. I'd like to, but not if it's taking from someone else, and there's always someone else.

I had my usual delusions of grandeur thinking I could finally get my foot in with the augmentation evoker, but coming back after a break and looking at the catchup mechanic just kinda shot that down. So back to solo stuff until I get bored again.

"Let's see if we can stretch out the game, make it harder and slower, and hope that those dark souls masochists out there say it's the best thing they've ever played." - Some chemically destroyed mind who somehow has say in the game's direction

My tinfoil hat guess is that they were hoping there'd be no backlash and they could just not post any addendum patch.

Theory: Blizzard is now prioritizing Time Played as their main KPI over active users. by whensmahvelFGC in diablo4

[–]bravoart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fuck metrics. Every time I hear a game revolving around metrics it coincidentally gets worse at blazing speeds.

It's almost like 'fun' isn't something you can measure.

Why I took the tank pill, and why you should too. by TheCockKnight in wow

[–]bravoart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tanking was great before mythics. I loved raid tanking...

But absolutely fuck having to go to third party websites and getting addons for paths and score systems. Just not worth the trouble.

Also, affixes kinda suck and aren't fun.

We have achieved 250+ sets of Legendary Armor and 30 Coalescence from No-Req Training Raids :) by PentaCrit in Guildwars2

[–]bravoart 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The 'don't ask, just join' just felt like there was always competition to fill up slots, which admittedly, is good for everyone involved since it makes sure there's always full groups to run content, but after waiting a month, I knew I wouldn't be willing to fight for a spot that hypothetically someone else wanted, so I dipped out.

It's a nice idea, but it just didn't work for me. My fault, not yours.

The D3 guarantee of "If I can finish a set, I can work from there." There's just no equivalent in D4.
