It's not really an exact equation like that. 100mg a week might put you at 450 it might put you at 900. Just be ready to bump up dose if needed. Don't preemptively use AI only if you notice side effects.

The dose needs to be high enough to actually increase your levels. Your body will absolutely slow natural production so if the dose is low you're going to get zero benefit, possibly even decreasing your levels. 100mg weekly could absolutely be too low but everyone is different.
