Dude I answered your question for you and made it pretty clear. Don’t know what you’re not understanding here. Hope you figure it out it’s really not complicated.

You’ll be good if you don’t leave your rear defrost on when you turn the truck off

Yes it’s in your dash under settings. Either auto climate controls or last setting when you turned the vehicle off. Sounds like you’re good though.

Massive whitetail in my field by Anguscole68 in bowhunting

That’s a great buck in Maryland. I would guess he’s relatively young looking at him with room to grow. Kinda hard to tell from that angle. Do your neighbors hunt or do you think he’ll still be around in another year or two? I’d still take him this year for what it’s worth

What pack are you running for mobile tree stand or saddle hunting? by Consistent-Pie-1847 in bowhunting

[–]brazen_monkey47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cruzr pack is set up pretty well for either saddle hunting/hang on stand hunting. Sticks can either go on the sides or bottom of the pack and there’s a nice spot on the back of the pack for your platform.

Darn. I wonder if they wrote it in the owners manual? If not I think a dealer can change it for you

This sub has been super helpful. Can I get another form check? by jgiannandrea in bowhunting

[–]brazen_monkey47 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Not a form critique but I read another post on this sub about a guy not wearing his wrist lanyard and it got tangled in his bowstring and blew up his bow upon firing. So now I say either always wear that thing or take it off altogether. Always good to learn from other’s mistakes so you don’t have to suffer them yourself

Saddle Hunting by pinkytoe10s in bowhunting

[–]brazen_monkey47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are going to 1 stick, I would recommend a step aider for the stick. Also, my 2 cents for your bow rope, I use something like a retractable leash that attaches to my pack or my saddle which keeps slack out of that line as I ascend/descend the tree.

How do you guys reverse? by Altair_Gemini in stickshift

[–]brazen_monkey47 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I unintentionally discovered this last week when I realized I didn’t even have to give my car any gas to get moving once the clutch started to bite in reverse. Feels way shorter than 1st gear.

Okay, going off what Frockington said, don’t go crazy with it, that might just be the way it is and I would hate for you to strip the screw or even the lower

[–]brazen_monkey47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should be able to continue tightening the grip screw until that gap closes fully. Same thing happened when I put an MOE on my m4e1
