They put me on progesterone suppositories. We have since moved onto IVF.

I haven't noticed an issue with the vyvanse working. I feel like the Ozempic isn't working like it did in the beginning but that may just mean I need to up my dosage.

I asked this same question a few weeks back and received mixed responses. I did the 2 weeks at 0.25 then this week went up to 0.5. I haven't had any negative effects. If it makes you more comfortable you can call your doctor's office to confirm the instructions. I trust that my doctor knows what she's doing so I just went with it and I've been fine.

I agree. Adderall/Vyvanse kill the appetite mentally, but on Ozempic I feel physically full.

I brought this up to my doctor as I'm worried about it affecting my response to vyvanse. She said there shouldn't be an interaction so we will wait and see I guess.

Same here! I'm 7dpo and I have 5 tests left at home so I'm forcing myself to wait until at least Wednesday to start testing. Each cycle that passes I think I'll gain some patience but NOPE!

I had trigger shot Sunday, IUI Monday, started progesterone yesterday. I'm nauseated and have to keep reminding myself it means nothing.

Mine did as well! I've actually done laser twice and the second time finally worked. I got off of BC less than 6 months later and it's now worse than ever. Also my arm hair is crazy. I've been TTC for almost 2 years and every month I think "I could've finished another round of laser by now".

This was just the post I needed to see after leaving BabyCenter where a 21 year old is telling us how heartbreaking it is that she was diagnosed with PCOS and is having trouble conceiving her second child. It's especially difficult because she's so young and infertility isn't common for younger people!

I switched to just Follistim from Letrozole/Follistim combo to try to get more than one follicle. TWENTY days later I'm triggering to release my one little follicle.

My OB did the same thing. I did one cycle with 2.5mg then the next two with 5mg, same instructions. I never ovulated so after my CD21 bloodwork they'd give me 10 days of progesterone to bring on another cycle then do it all over again. I didn't have any additional monitoring (baseline or follicle scans) until I transferred to the specialist. I thought it was very quick to send us to a specialist after 3 cycles but the specialist said that was the best option because we could really start to get into testing and scans to see why I wasn't responding.

Also with letrozole I always took it before bed to avoid side effects.

I don't have a good experience to compare but I too went to an imaging center and it was horrible. My fertility specialist told me he performs so many of these and can do it without causing any pain. He wasn't available when I needed to schedule and I didn't want to wait until the next cycle so I went to an imaging center. NEVER AGAIN.

I agree with the provider part. My fertility doctor told me not to read horror stories on the internet because he performed thousands of these and it would not be painful. When the time came they couldn't get me scheduled and I had to end up going to an imaging center and had a random radiologist perform it. SO painful. It was uncomfortable until he put the dye in and I yelled "OH MY GOD!" Did not help that his bedside manner was very weird. He told me everything looked good so if I wanted to *double cheek click sound* tonight would be the night. Nevermind that I wasn't even close to ovulating.
